Give a refund

Return items, put good ones back in stock and record how the money went back.

   Step 1: Find the sale

   Tap More, then Sales history. Search by receipt number or amount, then tap the sale.

   Step 2: Tap Refund

   Choose how many of each item are coming back and why.

   Step 3: Choose the condition

   Pick Back in stock if it can be sold again. Damaged items are recorded as a loss.
4. 4

   Step 4: Give the money back

   Choose cash, transfer or card. The refund is saved with your name and the time.
