This policy explains what information Greenhabor Technologies Limited (“Storeflow”, “we”) collects when you use the Storeflow apps and website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. In short: your shop’s data belongs to you, we use it only to run Storeflow, and we never sell it.
1. Who we are
Storeflow is a product of Greenhabor Technologies Limited, a company registered in Nigeria. We are the data controller for account information, and we process your shop’s records on your behalf.
2. What we collect
- Account details: your name, phone number, email address and password (stored encrypted).
- Shop records you add: products, prices, stock, sales, receipts, suppliers, expenses and staff names and roles.
- Customer details you choose to add, such as a phone number or email for sending a receipt.
- Device information: phone or computer model, app version and sync status, so we can keep your data in step and fix problems.
- Plan payments are handled by Paystack. We receive confirmation and the last four digits of a card, never full card or bank details.
3. How we use it
- To run the apps: sync your records, send receipts and alerts, and keep your shop working offline.
- To send account emails, such as verification codes, receipts for plan payments and security alerts.
- To give support when you ask, including a read-only support view of your shop only with a code you give us.
- To improve Storeflow using combined, anonymised usage figures.
4. Shared product library
When you add a product with a barcode, its name, size, barcode and category may be added to a shared library so other shops can scan it faster. Your prices, costs, stock and sales are never shared.
5. Who we share with
- Service providers who help us run Storeflow: cloud hosting, Paystack for plan payments, email, SMS and WhatsApp providers. They may only use data to provide their service.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
- We never sell your data or your customers’ data.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your records while your account is open. If you delete your account, your shop is removed for good after 30 days. You can download your records before then.
7. Your rights
You can see, download, correct or delete your information at any time in the app, or by contacting us. Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you may also object to some processing and complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Staff use PINs, owners use passwords, and admin access is limited and logged.
