Do I need permission to message customers?
Yes. Only message customers who agreed to hear from you. Storeflow asks at the till and adds a STOP option to every message.
How is it charged?
Per message sent, from a balance you top up in the phone app. WhatsApp and SMS have different prices.
Can I use my own WhatsApp number?
Messages go from a Storeflow business sender with your shop name. Replies come to you.
Can I schedule messages?
Yes — for example, a holiday hours message the day before.
Is my customer list shared with anyone?
Never. Your customer list belongs to you.
