Do customers need an app?
No. Their phone number is their account. They get their balance and rewards on WhatsApp or SMS.
Can staff give points away?
Only by making a sale. Owners can add or remove points by hand, and every change is recorded.
What if the internet is down?
Points are worked out on the phone or till and sync later. Balances update as soon as you’re back online.
Can I bring my old loyalty cards in?
Yes. Import customers and their starting points from Excel.
Does it work in more than one shop?
