Download or delete your shop data

Download your records any time. Deleting your shop removes everything after 30 days.

   Step 1: Open the delete page

   Tap More, then Shop settings, then Delete account and shop data.

   Step 2: Download your records

   Tap Download my records to keep a copy, for example for tax.

   Step 3: Delete

   Type DELETE and tap Delete everything. It needs internet. You can tap Restore my shop within 30 days.
